We no longer accept orders from high risk countries

So whether IP address or billing address in a country below,

Belarus
Colombia
Egypt
Indonesia
Lebanon
Macedonia, The Former Yugoslav Republic of
Nigeria
Pakistan
Ukraine
Viet Nam
Morocco
Romania
Serbia
Montenegro

So being this said these countries are blocking orders from the countries above due to high fraud activity.
