Global Email Whitelist Announcement
Point Action Services would like to get a list of known email addresses of the follow below.
Note: (These are alerts, bills, payments, invoices and notification emails)
Banks
Utility Companies – Such as phone, water, gas, power and so on.
Credit Cards
Subscriptions – Which you are using.
Others – If there is something missing then send those emails too
This will go into the global whitelist on the servers so that it will not be blocked or be listed as spam.
Send your lists to info@pointaction.com
Note: Please do not send personal email addresses for other people. You can add personal email address in the whitelist on your domain. Just follow the steps below.
Go to your cPanel http://your.domain.com/cpanel
Then under the Mail section click on the icon labeled as MailScanner Configuration
Then click on the text that says Email Black/Whitelist settings
Then add your personal email addresses that you receive from other people in the Spam Whitelist: Box
Then click on the Change Button when done.
