We have setup a new way for those who are interested of using a SSL Certificate secured email server for sending and receiving your email. This is optional way if want to use it.
Current way is
Incoming Mail Server – mx.your-domain.com - POP3 Port 110 and IMAP 143
Outgoing Mail Server – mx.your-domain.com – SMTP Port 25 or 26
New way and is Optional
Incoming Mail Server – anubis.pointaction.com - POP3 Port 995 and IMAP 993 - Make sure use SSL is selected
Outgoing Mail Server – anubis.pointaction.com – SMTP Port 465- Make sure use SSL is selected
By using the secured SSL Certificate driven mail server your email is encrypted and secured from hackers and other people trying get private and sensitive information as it goes from one server to another server.
If you want to use this option all you need to do is change the mail servers and port settings in email client such Outlook, Thunderbird and so on.
